Program Structure

We offer a 2 year program for the Sales/Technical career path and a 3 year program for the Finance & Accounting/Commercial career path (to align with ACCA or CIMA qualification).
Each graduate will have an assigned mentor and will be supported with:

• Training on-the-job

• Rotation with accompanying supervision through different divisions/businesses to gain hands-on experience

 

Training off-the-Job

• Sponsorship of additional qualification and soft skills and technical trainings.

 

Graduate Profile

We are interested in graduates of all disciplines who are open to a challenge. You must have a genuine interest in technology and business. You should be a flexible, enthusiastic and Dynamic team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.

 

You should expect to achieve a 2.1 honours degree or above.
